Is it the 'adult' world of having a job and a family? Is it dealing with 'real world' situations like the loss of a loved one or a friend? Or is it knowing the difference between youth and maturity?

Or yet, is it knowing for yourself what's right for you?
Knowing how to help others?
How can anyone really define the 'real world' outside of a television show that just doesn't do the term justice?

What is the real world?
And why should I be a part of it?

Heaven was a mile away
Would I pack up my bags and leave this world behind?
If Heaven was a mile away
Or save it all for you?
If Heaven was a mile away
Would I, fill the tank up with gas and be out the front door in a FLASH
Before reconsidering, this Hell with you
It ain't you it's the things you do
It's tearing my heart in two
I would of fell with you
To Hell with you

A lot of people die of violent death from murder to fatal dieases. Supposed they had the right to decide the time and place of their death. It would be less suffering and less brutal.

For me i believe taht he is a holy spirit, God our father cannot come to us and be with us so through the power of the holy spirit he sent his holy spirit (Jesus) to tell his salvation coz he loves us.

I recently read an article on the net about how dead foetuses can be grilled or barbecued and be eaten in America. The article went on further to say that they cost as much as $90 to $180. This has got to be one of the most horrifying, devilish and inhumane acts I've ever had the displeasure of knowing!

Is that a cultural thing or its just nothing but barbarism?

over react with patriotism and constitutions, rights and stuff!
The patriotism I get to read in here is largely intolerance of people of other nations and so much complaining that it seems to cause more unhappiness than joy. The constitutions written in the 18th century are just words on sheets of paper that with the natural inclinations of ambitions, greed and power seeking of men, it could hardly be ever truely lived up to anyway.
America is no more free than Britain, France, Germany, Italy or any other developed democratic nation. America has it's problems like any other country. How about accepting that America is not the biggest, best, loudest, most amazing country in the world but a valued friend, neighbour, partner to other nations. Perhaps a little humility will bring more joy than a lot of puffed up pride.
Maybe you are thinking I am missing something, I will be glad to read your thoughts on this.

I asked the question " Do you like my avatar?" (the muffin avatar), and one poster reported it under a guidelines violation that stated asking the question "do you like my avatar" is "chat." I've written to Yahoo answers about their arbitrary definition of one simple interrogative as chat when so many others are no so defined.

FYI, I ran a search on questions in YA, using this string as my search term: "Do you like my." I found 4,046 questions of that simple form ranging from "do you like my 'name' to 'whatever.'" All simple interrogatives of the form "do you like my 'blank.'" So, you tell me?

Anyway, since my original question was yanked, here's your chance to give some feedback on all the above and also add any comment you may like on the subject of irony as seen in old advertisements like the Muffin ad.

Sorry to go on so long, it's not a big deal, but I do want to hear from the members of the GLBT category community where so often we have trolls mucking around.

Thanks!

I find that very unjust and ignorant. A lot of people think that the economy and environment are foes when in fact mankind and the economy exist within the environment and depend on it in several important ways. And how could so many people who call themselves Christians carry this "screw the earth" mentality, finding it ok to trash God's creations, which also in turn harms humans? There are an infinite amount of examples and it shouldn't be hard for anyone to find a few. I think environmental education shouldn't be an option, it should be mandatory, because it is very crucial.
