The answer is no, because if the so called people are in fact dead then only a moron would ask this question , but if you are in fact not looking at a dead body when you see your dead people then the answer is still no, because then you would be seeing a spirit.

It depends on your definition of life and death. Since organic matter is composed of inorganic matter, then "life" is a logical subset of death. Meaning everyone you see is both alive and dead at the same time.
