I just noticed that everytime there is a question about anything regarding Islam and Muslims, there is always swearing and harrasement about muslims. Why we never see the obosite, i mean Muslims swearing about christians. Why dont you show some respects to other people believes. I bet you just go to any question that have anything about Islam and you will see what i mean.

it seems to me that from all of the media coverage on "the scandal in the church" that the only kids priests are going after and raping are little boys... are all priests gay sodomists or is that just my take on the world?

We (women) all know that you are visual and that is totally acceptable (to a secure person). Okay now, when you are "just looking" - who looks more attractive to you....a really skinny female who probably doesn't eat .....or a healthy (not fat though) female who enjoys food? Please explain as I hear men say "oh she's hot" and I'll see this woman who is all bones and I don't understand it. Oh and give your age too please. Thank you.

He obviously didn't just gain the ability to discern the two or it would have been called the tree of discernment of good and evil.

A common thing you hear is people saying "I respect your right to have an opinion." Sometimes you even hear "I respect your opinion."

I do respect people's right and freedom to have an opinion and have a religion. I respect it as a human right. But I DON'T respect their religion itself. I have respect for the ownership of an opinion but extreme disrespect for the opinion itself, if it's a religion with which I disagree. Religion is a very negative force in the world, and I don't respect it, especially Christianity. How can anyone have any respect for such a gloomy and negative religion as Xtianity?

God saves some, damns others. Analogy: If you had 1 million kids, would you love some of them and hate some? Or would you love them all? Or hate them all? As a human mother or father you'd love every one of 'em, and you would not condemn any of them to everlasting pain. Why should God be any different? Aren't we made in his image?

I'm doing research for a my next book. I'd like to find out about things only or mostly Americans do, like... why do Americans eat everything with Ketchup? or Why do Americans drive to the gym for five blocks and then spend an hour on the treadmill? It's dealing with people who said that gentile Christians needed to be circumcised based on God's covenant w/ Abraham in Gen 17 where God basically told him to circumcise everyone in his group.

Instead of saying something like 'Well that was the Old Covenant and this is the New Covenant,' he goes into this convaluted arguement about how even though God says to circumcise all these people we don't really need to be since ol' Abe was declared righteous before being circumcised.

It's the type of thing that, if it wasn't written by Paul I'd be like, "er...you can't really do that with scripture dude." Any ideas?

Driving to work this morning, I read a license plate bracket that read:

"IT PAYS TO HAVE A REALTOR"...

yes, it sure does pay, as it serves the realtor, not you and me...look at the prices of home in the past 5-years...you gotta wonder if the realtors in the US are following the same model as the oil companies, gouging us for 6%, to be driven around in a leased car, Botox smiles and all. Only in America can one earn so much for doing so little...and then the dirty tricks played by the escrow companies, banks(aka nickle and diming to death)

Realtors: when you write the check for property taxes, remember, your not part of the solution. Your part of the problem...

We sold our home with a good attorney, saved about $15,000, which is enough to take a nice vacation.

Do you believe in god because you cant deal with the fact that when you die there is no after life.
The fact that death is like sleep that you wont wake up from scares you so you made up a story about a higher power that will give you life again .
