i once herd the the TV about a jewish magic book. and that only one rabi was ever abue to use it. true?

The 6th and 7th Books of Moses are the only magic books that I know about. While it is hard to find copies, they are still available and anyone can read them.

As a Jew, I have never heard of a magic book. However, you may be thinking of the kabalah, a book on mysticism. If so, plenty of people have read it.

well in my experience from asking it turns out that magic used outside the torah has nothing to do with what the torah teaches us about it
