So America has a holiday for Irish people (immigrants) but none for the indigenous people. Someone brought this issue up in a question and I was wondering what you thought.

I have recently come out of the closet as a homosexual. How do I tell my family when this is considered a sin in Islam- one in which I could be put to death for in a Muslim nation.

I am considering getting a sex change so that I may be a heterosexual again. Girls do not interest me anymore.

A lot of Christians will be a part of this crowd.

Mat 7:13 "Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it.
Mat 7:14 "For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it.
Mat 7:21 "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter.
Mat 7:22 "Many will say to Me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?'
Mat 7:23 "And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.'
wake up time! no second chances those who believe in eternal security think about it.

By disembodied spirits I mean the souls of humans, demons and angels. If they do indeed have freewill could any one of them either grow closer to God or oppositely fall away?

Hey,
I am a 22yo gay male, and this is my first time in a gay relationship, and weve been together for almost 2yrs, and the sex was great in the beg. cuz it was exciting and new, but after a while it got a little dull. I am not that experience so i was wondering, what are things to do in bed with your partner? All suggestions are appreciated.

I tried to ask earlier this but aparently was misunderstood.

Many say we're forgiven when we ask for it or when we believe in Jesus. Is there any Biblical support for this?

If you check out Acts 9 and 22 Paul, for instance, obeyed Jesus, fasted, repented, and even prayed. But he still wasn't forgiven because Ananias then said "Get up, be baptized and wash your sins away, calling on his name.' " (Acts 22:16).

I'm not trying to say that we are forgiven BECAUSE we are baptized but based on the examples from the Bible it certainly seems that baptism is the time in which God chooses to forgive our sins which is when we're saved.

In Acts people are consistantly baptized "for the forgiveness of sins." And historically this was practiced for most of church history. But now there is this relatively modern idea that we can say a prayer and be forgiven.

So where is this in the scriptures? And how do you deal with the fact that this idea of "praying" for forgiveness is new?

If the living room or the kitchen gets cleaned, I clean it. I finally got tired of cleaning up, and now dishes haven't been washed in two weeks (they're all his). He's left dirty plates sitting on the coffee table for a week before. He gets mad when I say something about the apartment being too cold and says something like, "Well, I live here too and I'm not going to be hot." He stays up all night and sleeps all day. I have class at 7:30 every morning, and he's waking me up at 3:00 a.m. Also, he is about to graduate and hasn't gotten into grad school and doesn't really care to get a job. So he's going to be sitting around all next year doing nothing but wasting space. Basically, he's CONVINCED that he is ALWAYS right. We live in a nice apartment, and I'd like to keep it that way.

There is one more year left on the lease, and if he doesn't leave, I am. Both of our names are one the lease, what can I do? I have one other roommate, and he's tired of his sh*t, too.

You do not know me, but I let you know of me by my Q&A's. So, to alleviate the answer of "when giving, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing" retort, this is said for the Glory of my Creator.

As it has been said:
BE the change you want to see in the world.

It has been working for me for the past 22 years and, as a stone thrown in a pond, the ripple effect is beautiful. I'm sorry that we all "don't" try it. I tried the "other" way for 36 years, it didn't work.

Peace and Love

If Satan one day said, "You know, this is just stupid. I am sick of turning humans away from God so that I can torure them. In fact I was just being jealous all along. I am honestly ashamed. Could you find it within your heart to forgive me God?"

I say nothing but the truth even if it hurts most of the time. I used to work in Downtown LA selling porno movies wholesale. I was having sex before marriage and committing adultery. I had subscriptions to penthouse and playboy. I watched porno on the internet when I was alone. I was a complete mess. It made me happy what can I say. The flesh was stronger than the heart.

Now, G-- has forgiven me for everything. I am completely changed and have Jesus Christ to thank. My life is complete. No kidding.
