I honestly dont know all the processes involved in making rice milk.

my best advice is to check for a certification on the package.

It is probably kosher for most of the year, but it might not be kosher for passover. Check with a Rabbi.

Well, you'd have to find a kosher brand, but if you do it should be parve. Make sure you check the label.

yes, and it is parve -- neutral, so it may be used with meat dishes. make sure it has rabbinical supervision, though. same with soy and almond milk.
