Because Even though God Knows everything, he also gave us the free well to decide which path we must take. He sends many prophets to advise us, warn us, and many to give us clues, prediction of what might happen if we don't mend our ways.
He tells us what we must do, and then it is up to us to use our free well and do something better with it, other than destroying our lives and many with us.
Does that help!

Since we were made in God's image (soulwise not in flesh and blood) and since we didn't become mortal UNTIL Eve ate the apple (the Tree of Life was allowed up until that point) you have to ask what it is about being mortal flesh and blood that gives us the knowledge of good and evil. How do you learn about evil in paradise? Isaiah states that good men die to PROTECT them from evil. The planet earth wasn't created evil and it survived the flood. But, the ground itself changed when Eve ate the apple. It would no longer sustain Adam and Eve. It began to grow thorns and some animals which were all Herbivores on day 6, became carnivores. Does that sound too much like evolution? Sorry.
Sometimes I think we're still on day 6. On day 7 we ALL get to rest. If the mathematicians trying to justify Einstien's theories with quantum mechanics are correct about time, we may very well still be in Day 6, and back in Day 1 for that matter. Everything is possible with God. And he created it to be Good, not evil.

The reason why this is so is because God wants to give man the power of choice. Not because he is God he will choose your life for u. he gives you the freedon to choose evil or good. Which I think is excellent since if the world was all GOOD then I would be bored.

Because God doesnt exist. These are all fables made up to answer questions like "How did the earth begin?" "Who were the first people", etc.
If youre going to be a good little Christian, then you need to either quit thinking for yourself, or stop asking questions! They (the Church) doesnt like that behavior! Accept what you are told! Be a good little lamb! BAAAAAAAAA!!!!!

I dont know, but I have always been taught it was along the lines of free will. You have to have a choice to really exercise free will.
On the other hand, there are things God does that we dont understand, and some things we aren't meant to. Thats part of faith.

God created the world as a perfect place. It was mans choice to sin and mess it up. God can't stand sin....period. Read the Bible and pray.

Free will. He may have known what would happen, but our lord has been a stickler for allowing people to chose, even when he knows what choices they will make.

it's, with us, and not beyond the universe, like when you're teaching your kid how to walk, letting go of his or her hands, knowing they're gonna take a little tumble, but you do it knowing they need this.
