The Bible says that God communicated to man, who then wrote the Bible, hence "All Scripture is God-breathed." How did those people back then know that it wasn't just a dream or illusion? I mean, there are hundreds of people today who claim that they are messengers, prophets, etc. who received "messages from God" and clearly they are disillusioned and have been mentally afflicted. For example, the Jehovah Witnesses said that Christ would return in 1873. But when it failed of course, they changed it to 1874.

I'm really stuck with this question and it would be wonderful if you guys (just anyone with views) could help me. Thanx

Do you think abortion is right or wrong? Also, in hat circumstances?
If you are totally against it, say you were raped then found out you were pregnant what would you do?
I am not against abortion or adoption as I think it is best to give the child away or stop the pregnancy so you do not bring more children that are not wanted into the world. However, personally I could never give my child up for adoption as I would know it was out there, where as in certain circumstances I would have an abortion.
What are your views...and why?!

I am not against homosexuality. The lives of many women and children are destroyed when a man decides to come out of the closet after marrying and creating a family. I know of two very close friends of mine who had nervous breakdowns, after discovering their husbands were gay. It is a deep, hurtful betrayal that no woman would find easy to forgive. Her whole world is shattered, because it is a painful realization that your husband can't love you the way you thought he did.

Why be a selfish coward and hurt people this way? Why not stay single or if you're going to get married to a woman, why not tell her the truth before hand, so that at least she knows what to expect?

I ask please that no one gives any gay bashing comments or that it's a sin comment.

Your in the middle of no where and you find a guy hanging from a cliff. On top of the cliff is a suitcase with 2 million dollars in it. Would you save the guy thus probably giving the 2 million back. Or do you leave him hanging on the cliff and walk away with the 2 million. Either scenario nobody would ever find out what you did. There is no wrong answer.

this is sort of a poll. i don't think that music should be blamed in the 80's a teenager shot himself in the head after listening to suicide solution by ozzy osbourne. the prosecutor said there was subliminal messaging saying get the gun shoot shoot. i have interpreted the song as having no subliminal messaging and that the song ddoes not condone suicide. its about the way suicide is not the answer and niether are drugs and alcohol. thats just an example though. how do you think music affects teens. and do you think society should blame music for suicides, shootings like at columbine, and other acts of violence. by the way with the columbine incident, marylin manson was one of the artists targeted by this. he was interviewed by micheal moore for the movie bowling for columbine and when asked what he would say to the two kids who committed the act if given the chance his reply was, "i wouldn't say a thing, i would listen." so let me know how you feel.

You regard the Bible as "myths" correct?
