in particular the differences between the The Jewish Tanakh and Christian Old Testament

I understand the logic of both the Tanakh being grouped by Torah/Prophets/Writeings and the Christian by Torah/Historical books/ Wisdom books/ and Minor Prophets

My question is why the big differences between the two

Is this supposed to be some type of retribution? What about the victim here, what if she doesn’t want to marry a pig who raped her? All that matters is her father receives payment for his “property”.

Deuteronomy 25:11-12 Says that we must cut off a woman’s hand if she touches the “secrets” of a man who is fighting with her husband…“And thine eye shall not pity her.” Once again, there is no punishment for the man she touched, only the woman.

Since the birth of welfare some 60 years or so ago, the African American culture has been mired in a non-productive society while the rest of society has marched forward. Why do so many foriegn nationals come to this country with nothing and not able to speak the language and have the ability to become successful. Meanwhile others struggle for generations and never make it out of the getto. Why is this?

Why are you always dissing those who believe in god and especially muslims? If I were you I would shut the hell up and stop swearing about God. You must kill those who worship another god. Exodus 22:20

There was a man who said there were millions of invisible people. He said they were all around us and that they were doing all kinds of things. He said there were some laughing, some crying, some running, some walking. He said there were some arguing and some were finally getting things worked out. He said some of these invisible people were so beautful that you couldnt believe it.
