Um lets see...
The incredibly true adventures of two girls in love is very good. Nicole Ari Parker and Laurel Holloman from the L word are in it.

If you like comedy then see D.E.B.S. by Angela Robinson. either the short or the full length film.

Lost and Delirious is a great movie with Piper Perabo

Sugar Sweet, Saving Face, My Summer of Love,

She Hate Me by Spike Lee, thats a good one

and check out planet out.com's qcinema. they have short films online taht you can watch.

Imagine You and Me: Pretty much about this girl who is about to get married, only to fall in love with this lesbian that her husband brought to this dinner party.

RENT: One of the couples, Maureen and Jo Anne, have amusing love hate relationship, that ends turns into a break up to make up relationship.

V for Vendetta: A lesbian couple has a integral part of the story line.

the only one i can think of is "But I'm A Cheerleader". it's funny and a little hot. it makes fun of those camps and programs that try to make gays and lesbians straight.
