NO ONE KNOWS who the "worlds richest person " is. NOT even that person him/herself knows. Both Gates and Buffet have given away large portions of their PERSONAL wealth. Explanation:
Many "richest" people do not publisize the value of their fortunes. Only they know their own value. They don't know how much "the other guy" is worth. So, with all the secrecy, NO ONE KNOWS.
