Perhaps it was a prophecy about the African Americans.

They were slaves for 400 years.

It's 40 years since the Civil Rights Movement and during that time there have been race riots, profiling and all that stuff, was that the time in the desert.

Was the Million Man March the Exodus?

Was MLK jr. really Moses, since he didn't get to see the promised land but he was shown it in a dream?

Will African Americans finally find the promised land?

Are African Americans God's chosen people?

The Bible must be true since it predicted this exactly.

Would all Black people be considered God's chosen people since we share common ancestry with African Americans?

I once felt empty inside, trying to fill that with lots of things that couldn't help me, from clubs, to girls, to drinking, to doing alot of bad stuff to fill my time. Then a freind invited me to a christian church and I met Jesus Christ there, and He filled the void, and I met a wonderful woman there that I married. Thank you Jesus!

I went to pakistan with my g/f at the invitation of a paki friend. so the next day i went to a market with my sweetheart to buy some mangoes. (by the way i love mangoes) there was a muslim woman selling mangoes and she inflated the prise to 4 rupees per mango when she saw me. I bargained at 1 rupee each and by that time this woman was scratching her front (between her legs) , and without her knowledge this is what she told me.

I believe in God, I am a church goer and will always be. But can I also believe in some of the other religious beliefs that are out there? Like I believe in reincarnation, and I believe in astrology and tarot cards and palm reading, I don't know if that's really a religion, but I believe in it. So is it okay to still believe in God and all the other things too?

Why is it you people believe in the bible, this book was written with the hand of man, not the hand of god. How did god tell this man what to write when there is no god. when storied are passed down, they change from person to person.

What makes you think anything is the bible is true, if it can not be proven?

We lost our 16 yr old son in a car accident in January, and our other son was seriously injured but did survive. Time is not proving to help, actually gets worse. We have decided to turn to the Bible and hope the words of God can bring comfort to our hearts.
We are Christians, but do not attend church on a regular basis. I don't know where to begin when it comes to reading the Bible. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We have the NIV version.

We go to Chances, but my hubby gets dirty looks. We go to SoBe and get no looks at all. lol We've found some swinger's clubs, but it's hard to tell when the women are bi and I'm not the type to try to convert the straight ones. Any advise?
