I once felt empty inside, trying to fill that with lots of things that couldn't help me, from clubs, to girls, to drinking, to doing alot of bad stuff to fill my time. Then a freind invited me to a christian church and I met Jesus Christ there, and He filled the void, and I met a wonderful woman there that I married. Thank you Jesus!

My life was empty, until I met Jesus. He saved my soul, and made me a new person. He gave me Joy, Peace, and Love in my heart. My desire is to live for Him, and tell others how to be saved.Jesus is my everything.

You are one of the lucky ones. Some have not yet hit bottom. God was there all along, just like a song...ready to come in and fill you up. Many people walk up to the door but only those who knock and ask God to come in will find the fill they need. It is like driving up to a gas pump with an empty car and just parking by the pump. Nothing happens and you drive off and run out of gas. God is there...you have to ask for the "fill-er-up" before you get it.

Wow. Whoever owns that Church must have some real pull to get Jesus to put in a special guest appearance. Did Jesus take you behind the curtain to fill your void or did he do it right there in the open?

I feel empty all the time, but alcohol and drugs DO fill my void until Im broke. Don't think Jesus would work for me. What is your question again? Oh yeah Im empty.

Nope, no emptiness that I can recall. I have always been fully me, and have only enlarged myself on knowledge using the tools of intellect and reason. I think I should have a void if I turn off my brain and start believing in fantasy as a substitute for reality.

At one point of time or other every person feels the same way and one has to think of GOD at that time to fill the void

I am still searching for the strength to give my life to God and Jesus Christ. It is so hard to change a life that seems so far lost. I commend you on your new life and your courage to walk in the light of the lord. Your wife is fortunate to have you.

Wow, dude. I was like that once too, you seem to be so confused and what not, and you just want more, then you give away your pain to Jesus and he makes you feel better. :)

Like they alway say, all you gotta do is just invite Him in your heart.

It's cool you did. :)
