You and another person, both of you married to others, are stranded on a desert island, with plenty to eat, drink and survive but no hope of getting rescued.

You find this person extremely attractive. Could you, I'm talking about you personally....could you live without "sin"?

This is not about what freedoms your country allows, but total freedom as a human
Freedom of society is choosing a job wife what you want to believe as a god and so on
But total freedom is?

Do you believe hardships in life make you weaker or stronger. I think hardships make you weaker, I mean how much can you take.

At my wedding reception I heard of that myth, and I would like to know where it comes from and what is the story around it. I am considering getting a clock for my cousin's wedding, but I would like to have the story to go along with it.

Aren't all sinners sinners and doesn't that mean you're all just as bad as each other.

I've often heard people claiming to be heredity witches. Most often it is not true at all since witchcraft and paganism have been so suppresed it was long abandoned being a survival issue. This happened with the Jewish religion as well, since so many would have had to risk their lives if they admitted to being Jewish. And so who would even tell young children, risking their lives as well.
So if your family hid its "witch craft" leanings, how did you find out about it? Who told you? And just as importantly how does your family practice it?

I work for the government and have just been promoted to a new position within my agency. I now have entirely new duties that I will have to be trained for, a new boss, and most of my coworkers work in a different building, however for the time being I am staying where I am. My old building was super casual. I wear jeans and polo shirts 5 days a week. The people who work across the street at my new job wear button up shirts, polo shirts and the women wear pants suits and dresses. A couple of guys (including the boss) had on ties. I of course am going to lose the jeans and my new boss said what I had on was otherwise fine and I shouldn't have to change too much. I am thinking of wearing a button up shirt and a tie a few days a week though. I feel more professional doing that, but I'm afraid if I do it right at the start it will be viewed as brown nosing. Also anytime I have worn a tie in my old building I felt horribly out of place, due to everyone else being so casual.

I am a firm believer that good deeds need not be announced to everyone. I like to do nice things for people in an anonymous fashion. Some people like to let everyone know when they have done something for someone else, but I think that takes away from the special deed and that they are only doing it for their own ego. Any thoughts on this?

Is this really a bunch of bunk? Can we REALLY do ANYTHING? Can a homeless man be president? Can a retarded person be a doctor? Does someone that comes from a lower class family really have a chance to be anything, when their family is depending on them to go out there and work and help support them, right then? Shouldn't we be more realistic and instill our children with the truth? " You can be anything" is just a fantasy. Yes, we should encourage our children, but shouldn't we also teach them how the world works? What will benefit them more?
