I am from Europa, it a moon around Jupiter. It is a Frozen water mass, so, I would assume it the Coolest place. We have Cities beneath the Frozen Surface built close to the Center/Core of this moon. Here heat is generated in the same way Earth's Core generates heat. We are able to convert this Power Source for many applications.

Kellogg, Idaho...This is a mining town in the panhandle of Idaho. It sits in a bowl and there are mountains covered with evergreen trees all around. The mountain is a ski resort right here in town so it is beautiful in the winter as well as in the summer. It is green and very quiet. Being rural it is still within minutes driving time of a couple of larger cities so there is always something to do. There are 70 miles of biking and hiking trails around here with fishing lakes and rivers everywhere.
