At my wedding reception I heard of that myth, and I would like to know where it comes from and what is the story around it. I am considering getting a clock for my cousin's wedding, but I would like to have the story to go along with it.

Trust me it's a stupid one. I've heard different ones my favorite one was when I am telling you not to believe everything you hear.Don't waste your money on a clock when my mom and dad got married the didn't even have a clock ok. All it is is a little story that excites the guests.
