Everytime she talks to them, she changes her mind. She's even starting to change her values for what her friends say and this affecting our relationship because what at the begining was wrong for her and I agreed on that now it is not that wrong.

She has told me lies and when I find out, she says she's just not telling me everything.

She has told me that I have told her lies and I have to mature when I ask her what she exactly means she can't answer.

I suspected of her friends' influence and last week my suspects were proven.

I know it is up to her to follow her friends or not. But she has been trough many hard things lately and she's not stable at all now and I've been patience but I'm through with this.

I haven't done anything, I just try to stay away form her friends and be polite but not friendly when they're around.

Please Jennifer J, give me a hand on this, thanks.

Basically, what I am trying to ask is what makes you believe that some person you know (not related in any way) OR have just met is a good person. Secondly, what qualities are there in a person which make you respect him/her?

We all have opinions here! but the "powers to be be" say something like: Let those who have no sin (means, them who are free of any guilt whatsoever) cast/throw the first stone.
I ask all, are you free of all sin/guilt (spell problem am aware!!)
If so good for you, let it be known it is being recorded and do you not feel, not for Mad.. but for your inadequences ? not worded this exactly, but sure you understand my meaning

I recenty started dating a man and he always refers to me and to himself in the third person. It is starting to irritate me. Or maybe I am just not that into him, which is true. I was just wondering if there was a name for this kind of behavier.

The room is pitch black, you have been there an hour with noise around you. The light flashes on, what do you see in your mind?

No one ever wants to be around me because people always say I complain too much about what people tell me or do to me. I'm a very nice person. If I treat people nice & give them what they ask for, why am I considered negative?

& when I say something positive, people be like, "Who cares?"

I only have 1 friend to turn to for support. People get impatient with me very easily.

I am fed up with patients not turning up and giving pathetic excuses, I want to send them a letter that will shock and insult them for wasting my valuable professional time, preventing genuine sick people getting an appointment and generally screwing up my day.

I am starting college as a freshman and at my university they are welcoming the new students by having free bowling and a party but I don't want to go because I don't know anyone and I am a shy person who is constantly thinking of what others are judging me by. I don't want to attend welcome weekend because I am afraid of being rejected. I just want to cry because I do want friends but I was considrered an outcast at my highschool what should I do?

People are always trying to tell me what I CAN'T do, & then they tell me my dreams, goals, & wishes are irrational & unrealistic. When I do think positive, people think I'm crazy & call that abnormal. & then when I think negative or complain, people say I alienate society away from me. I don't even know how I should feel.

I'm rather sensitive to most things-- I cry during sad movies no matter how many times I have watched them. I even cried during areas of movies that were meant for comedy. When someone makes me do something I don't want to, tears come to my eyes. I also cry during good music and art. However, I've known to be a generally happy person who a lot of people claim 'is never upset'. When something bad happens, I go by the line of thought that thinking about it won't help so just live. On the other hand, my closer relatives claim I just don't have any feelings and don't care for others.

What the heck is wrong with me?

What is wrong with her? She has a degree, is relatively attractive (not fat, nice face), has an ok job. She just seems depressed to me but won't let me help her. What is wrong with her and should I keep trying to help her?

After closing down a business that wasn't going anywhere, I took a job at large company while I figure out my next venture. There are so many people (blue and white collar) here that have been here for over 30 years that I started thinking that maybe the average person isn't looking to excel to higher levels and is just content with working for retirement. I also don't mean just financial greatness, it could be greatness in art, service or anything that sets a person apart from the rest.

For the past 38 years I have been running it over and over in my mind. I loved it for the first 22 years or so, but lately, it's really bothering me.

How can you change the jukebox when it's the only tune in there?

Is there a name for this syndrome or affliction?

What do the lyrics mean?
