I recenty started dating a man and he always refers to me and to himself in the third person. It is starting to irritate me. Or maybe I am just not that into him, which is true. I was just wondering if there was a name for this kind of behavier.

Well it sure as heck isn't a good sign and it's not normal either. Doing it sometimes doesn't mean anything but all the time is just nuts. I dated a guy whose Mom did that a lot and at first I thought she was really nice and that I was being a *&^%$ to let it annoy me but she turned out to be a complete whacko! Him doing it all the time would signal there is some reason he's not comfortable in his own skin and isn't that what serial killers do?

no longer unavoidably a brilliant psych subject, until there are accompanying indicators to show it. it may desire to, even with the incontrovertible fact that, be a demonstration of a loss of vanity, it is afraid to narrate on an "I-you" foundation. yet, that is impossible to confirm because of the shortcoming of fairly some information approximately this man or woman.

There's no real name for it, but if it's annoying I suggest you address that with him.

It might just be a habit, or it could indicate something more.
