Surreal is the actual term, which basically means more then real, or rather there is more... texture, colors? Really truth be told when you get into lucid dreaming a problem with sysmbols happens, as in you can't realy describe it, its beyond that, its more then real, more then static I guess you would say, and the experience is a dynamic thing were what you feel and see changes constantly while your feel and watch. So just totally beyond the scope of words and espacially this forum. All I can really say is that my attempts at it have been... hulted, stopped, or stuned because quite frankly the intensity of it is so beyond me..... but I hope thru time I can take it again....

. Dreams are made up by the brain; 'how' is unknown.
And since the brain is the final organ to collect imput from all the other organs, IT 'decides' what is "REal".
Sample: If you 'see' a magician cut himself in half, you [your brain] know that's not real dispite what ALL your other senses say. If you see a spiritual guru stick a foot-long needle through his neck, and actually see the point pushing the skin out at the other end, you know that's real even though you don't want to believe it.
So depending on how extreme the dream is [how much effort the brain is putting into it], it CAN seem to be real. As for 'feeling' like a woman, why not? Except for child-birth we [female and male] pretty much share the same emotions but at different degrees. Men pretty much know what stimulation of the nip and clit feels like, etc.

particular... lucid dreaming is actual. i'm no longer an authority, yet I even have been waiting to regulate my desires on a pair of activities now. It takes prepare, and it in basic terms lasts some seconds. many times, I the two finally end up drifting lower back off to sleep lower back (turning out to be to be completely absorbed in the dream), or I awaken. yet for some short seconds, I even have been waiting to observe a dream (and understand that i'm dreaming), besides as impression the dream (ie by ability of selecting to do something/circulate someplace). I ought to think of everyone can do it. All it takes is persistence and prepare.
