That is the life condition of 'Hell' (using a Buddhist concept known as the 10 worlds). With such a life condition nothing you do goes right, everything and everyone seems to be working against you. You are in misery all the time. You start to 'fall apart' and have what is known as a 'nervous breakdown'.
To answer your question yes, I have many times before. But the last one I had was so long ago. I do remember severe depression and daily thoughts of suicide. Right now, after learning to control much of my thoughts and actions I feel that I can make my life move in any direction I want. I enjoy every day, even when I argue or have someone be offensive or see or hear depressing news. I can do that now that I can believe in my true inner self.
I believe that I am 'One' with this Universe.

At one point in my life it was a daily
occurrence. I felt compelled to blame others and my circumstances but eventually had to come to terms with the fact that I was a self saboteur.
We don't fall apart because our mates or spouses aren't conforming to our
ideals. We do so because our expectations are too high. Not because
people are mean, nasty or cruel to us;
but because of how we react to their
cruelties.
We can consciously choose to allow
people and circumstances to affect us;
or we can stop wasting our energies
trying to convince people just how big off a jackass they are and learn to
persevere over our circumstances.
We and we alone, preside over our own lives, our destinies.
That's how I've learned to quit falling apart at the seams. I had to accept
reality. You either deal or be dealt.
I chose to deal.
Best of luck to you; and love, peace
and happiness.

yep.... ain't fun... when you really 'fall apart' you don't actually realize it.... you are too busy in your mind to know it... I was , thankfully, with a friend when I fell apart and she knew well enough to get me help....
