My Dear Sexy,

Thanks so much for your email reply. I have been so busy. I am taking a quick break at work to reply to you. I certainly hope your neck area is getting better! Having a spasm in that area can ruin your day, you never realize how much you use your neck until it’s hurt.

Your commentary about being without cats is quite humorous. But, I hope you are not feeling lonely without them. It is good that you no longer have that annoyance factor though.

The house is shaping up well. The landlord/repair people have not shown up yet, to my knowledge. With the help of Nessa, yesterday we shredded 10 years worth of cancelled checks. That was a fun activity for her, and was nice to be rid of more packrat stuff. Just have a few more cabinets to go through and some filing to do.

Have some more stuff to do tonight since I don’t have Nessa with me. Maybe we can chat later if possible. Miss you much!

Love Pumpkin

obviously, everyone holds SOME responsibility, but studies have shown that teens brains are still evolving and have difficulty grasping the repercussions of their actions and also can't totally grasp the future implications of their actions.

so, in general, are teens resp. for their actions?

Why associate with the people when they give you so many problems, pressure? Why have kids? I already know the answer to that.

If so, how do you know when or what that is? I left my job/career 3 years ago because I thought music was what I was meant to do with my life, but now I'm not so sure. After a year of study and a further 2 years of trying out different things, largely on my own (playing piano at retirement homes, street performing, occasional weddings etc) I feel the dream I had of being in a band (and perhaps making some sort of living out of it) is simply just that - a dream. So now after being out of work for so long and still not having a clue what else I would like to do with my life, I feel I've hit rock-bottom. Am back living with my parents, and at the age of 32 am embarassed and ashamed at been constantly hounded about what I plan to do with my life. Am reluctant to invest any more time pursuing this if it isn't even what I am meant to do, but am too afraid to do anything else in case I regret it - how crazy?!
I've been stuck in this rut for too long with no real idea what to do next...

I currently attend high school, and I'm a junior who is trying to juggle three AP courses and a ton of after-school activities. I know it's a lot but I've done it before, just not with this much workload from school. I tend to stress out about a lot of stuff, even the things that aren't really important. Lots of things that I stress out about turns out to be like not that stressful at all. Mostly, I freak out about grades. How can I stop stressing out about everything that I do?

I seem to think deep within that I want to keep on trying out and that I am not good enought at anything. Logically speaking, I cannot be good engouh since I don' t decide really, I just cannot.
Probably, I am just average, trying to excell in something but am
afraid of having this power of knowledge, skills, ....
Of course , there is a story to it , but that is not an excuse
I want to get out of this vicious circle, and my age is
not much of a hlep either (42) , although I still feel young.
Thanks for CONSTRUCTIVE comments.

Ok I met this guy and I had a huge crush on him. I really liked him and thought about him a lot. We became friends and I admit it I was a bit forward at times. I have depression and it was very bad towards the end of the friendship. One day he refused to talk to me. And then he told our friendship was over. My heart has been broken since that moment. This happened 5 months ago. I am still mad and hurt. I hate him to death. I still think about him a lot and have nightmares about him. I can't get him off my mind. I have tried many methods to get him off my mind, forget about him, and move on, but nothing has worked or made me feel better. Is this some sort of obsessive mental disorder? Why am I having a hard time moving on? Please help it is becoming intolerable.

Please be as honest as you can.

when you see someone is the first thing you consider- their appearance? What do you think of the medias view on body image?,are we as a society too obsessed with the way we look?
are you concerned with your appearance and do people with too much confidence annoy you or inspire you?
I myself suffer from low self esteem and feel the media emphasise too much on looks and not enough on someones personality and good nature.Do you agree or disagree?

thanks
