Bones in the TV series "Bones" and House from the TV series..."House"
Both portrait very awkward social skills in daily situations but are brilliant when it comes to a specific(their favourite) subjects and they love handing out facts to people...whether they wann know them or not.

There is an interesting book called Movies and Mental Illness: Using films to understand psychopathology. In the book, it stays that American Splendor (2003) has a character with Asperger's that is socially awkward, has a monotone voice, and restricted patterns of interest and behavior.
