For example, I want to travel the world when I get older....do you think looks have anything with me being able to do that?

How about other people...have you ever noticed where looks might limit some people...for example, a short man not getting a job?

right now I hate myself so much that I'm just extremely angry at myself for even being alive. I just want to yell at myself. I failed gym again, I'm failing most of my classes in school. I've also had a lot of nightmares about school. last year I missed more than 75 days. I hate it so much, not the fact the I have to work and no one there likes me, it's the fact that people I don't even no or like have control over me. does anyone else ever feel like this? or have any advice?

I'm in my 20's but I look young for my age. I guess, I feel that People think I'm so immature by the way I act. I just have alot of enthusiasm and love life, I admit I still need alot of attention, I depend on people's approval to control my self esteem, I'm self-conscious and sensitive.
My question is. How can I keep my personality, which I think is enthusiastic and still be seen as mature instead of immature?
How can I become mature without losing myself? Thanks :)

That dictates to men who are speaking to women that obviously the woman can't comprehend the complexity of their amazing thoughts, and thus, must be explained and simplified in an extremely patronizing manner?

I do know of several exceptions to this statement, and I don't mean to criticize them. Is this terribly common, and if so, why does it persist?

Okay. I have a friend who used to call herself "Bloodrane" and thought she was evil, and etc. Now, she tells me shes a spy (Shes convinced she is, like no joke, she's told me she's not joking) and that she was sent to our school to spy on me, and 3 of her friends. She says she has a boss, who like has people watching me and her friends right as we speak outside our windows, etc. May I remind you, she is 15. Her father cusses her out everyday, and she kinda hates where she lives. She's totally convinced she's a spy, and that it's no joke. We had cops called to our school a day ago, two cop cars to be exact. She calims the police that were there were sent to "watch her", and etc. Could all this be a sign of immaturity, a multiple personality disorder, or a cry for attention or all three?. Mind you what her dad does is considered emotional abuse, cause he does cuss at her alot. She tells me that she can't fall in love with anyone until her mission(s) are done, and etc.

i was used to be cool.
but after having a boyfriend, it changed a lot. now it's very easy to make me angry.
i tried to control it and it works, but not to him.
i still can tolerate anybody else who makes me angry. but if my lovely boyfriend does, i could get into my monster level.
it's really annoying because while in anger i just can't think rationally. i just want to hurt him, hurt him, and hurt him. after that, i feel really satisfied.
what's wrong with me? i love him very much, and he still keep along with me however i'm beast.

I want to show that I'm interested in something, for example shadowing someone in my chosen profession. But I feel like I come across as disingenous. I ask questions and smile, sometimes I'm quiet, but.....I just don't know how to else to prove to them that I'm interested in the profession which I REALLY honest-to-goodness really I am!
Its like now I don't know how to be anymore, when I try to show that I'm interested i come across as being disingenous and when I don't try I come across as indifferent. Please help. :)
I think its because I smile in the beginnng and then later on become normal, I don't know how let conversations flow well. I do say Wow, and Great and that's Good! When they are telling me something interersting......i just don't know how to act? I can be myself but........they will think I'm indifferent.

Last night as I was falling asleep I started to dream of me playing basketball( I dont know why I was playing that because I hate Basketball). I took a shot and threw the ball, and right when I threw it I wake up and realized that I had hit myself on the face with my hand. I was freaked out and then it happened again! How is this possible? Is it related to sleep walking?

PS: I did ask this question before and the answerer said soemthing about it being stress related, and I was VERY depressed that night.

I don't really know what to do...i feel so empty inside its like a constant feeling of falling and i don't know what to do to make it stop. it feels like i'm missing something important...the only thing that made me feel like i wasn't falling or that i wasn't empty inside was my only friend who a few weeks ago stopped being my freind because i make her sick (literally she gets physically sick around me) and it was slowly getting worse.

Every where she went she had to be with me in the dream. She even said we asked this guy to camp with us in the dream because the place was too scary. In this dream she is saying lets just move out right away but the rent was paid for another two weeks. Her dream ends that she is too scared to go to the basement which is brand new.

We live in a basement suite the person living upstairs is a she devil person giving us trouble every day

My wife and I have two (2) of our neices visiting from out-of-town, and my wife wants to take them to the circus next weekend. We've been married for over ten (10) years, and I have no idea how to tell her that there is no way in **** I'm going to the circus.

Clowns really give me the creeps. I don't even go a friend's house because he collects clowns. Go figure. I think of it this way: If I don't go where they are, they shouldn't come where I am. I know that I'm not going to get over this in one (1) week. Help me?

I have some mental problems that I can't watch scenes which are too cruel and too bloody,these scenes make me nervous and very uncomfortable, and I can't watch scary movies like Saw,frailty, evil dead etc,I missed a lotta good movies because of that so I decide to get over it but I don't know how,who has any good idea about it?thanks
