Relaxation tapes (video/audio) help us to feel at peace

Exercise helps us mentally as well as physically--as does eating a healthy diet, and getting enough rest.

There are loads of self-help books on this subject--check out the library.

I have left any mention of any religious practices out purposely, as not to offend anyone--but those who pray should continue to do so

I've already found it. I'm retired as of October and believe me I have mental peace. I live in my paid for home on the lake and my two vehicles are paid for as is every thing else. I'm not bragging. practice being in a zen like state always. eliminate feelings of frustration learn to get over things that disrupt your peace immediately. Sounds good to me anyway.
