I have a friend who is scared of being alone for the rest of his life. He takes up with women who are totally wrong for him just so he isn't alone. In life what do people find the scariest?

Dying without being able to leave a financial gift to my children.
My Mother and Father left me nothing, and just a little something would have help me and my children so much at the time.I was getting divorced.
Instead my Mother left it to her best friend.I was so hurt, not for me, but for my children.I thought she would have left them something even £100 to start them off in the BS. I was an only child as well. So much for family loyalty.Obviously thought more of her friend than her only child and her grandchildren eh?

Two things. (1) All the repair work that is going to have to be done to the United States when it is finally free of George Bush, and (2) how little people do to help other people. Bush will come to the end of his term, but I wonder if people will ever really help one another as much as they really could. These two items I find very scary.

Death. I'm terrified that once you die, that's all there is. I lost my faith years ago, and with it went all hope of a life after death. what happens? do you just get buried in the ground and "live" in eternal darkness? cos that scares the sh*t out of me. it really does.

ooohhhhh,some awful answers on here,I dont think about it,why would you live the rest of your life thinking about what may happen.
