Last night as I was falling asleep I started to dream of me playing basketball( I dont know why I was playing that because I hate Basketball). I took a shot and threw the ball, and right when I threw it I wake up and realized that I had hit myself on the face with my hand. I was freaked out and then it happened again! How is this possible? Is it related to sleep walking?

PS: I did ask this question before and the answerer said soemthing about it being stress related, and I was VERY depressed that night.

Dream Analysis: You keep getting "slapped" in the face (metaphorically) by people and/or situations that you don't like in life. This reality has manifested itself in your dreams. You know, we all face adversities, but yours are starting to get the best of you. Find a way to alleviate some of your stress. Perhaps you can try taking quiet walks, exercising, or finding a hobby that you enjoy. I don't think you're sleepwalking. That slap in the face was a "wake up" call directing you to spring into action. You know, take charge of your life and make a change. I wish you luck in your future endeavors. Sleep well.

I'd say its a sleep walking related thing. This doesn't mean you sleep walk. I've jerked myself out of sleep before (like dream fell down the stairs and jerked when I hit so I woke up) and I have never ever sleep walked before.

I agree with Darkflower. Sometimes I'll trip in a dream and my body will move like it's falling and I wake up.

well depends.. do u ever make the basket before u wake up?
+ its probbaly something other responces have to do with. If u have an inner conflict u need to figure out, figure it out, + you'll be fine.
