What would you do to/with me? If I just stood there and didn't stop you, what is running through your mind right now? Thoughts? Secret thoughts?

Either gender can answer, who said it had to be sexual in any way? It's just a simple question.

Have you ever felt like you are mentally younger than your current age or have you considered yourself a late bloomer?

I'm probably talking about mental maturity? Would you able to tell your level of maturity at your current age?

I dont want to be that kind of person. How do I not be that kind of person who desires to be pitied and who pities themself?

As a teenager I wake up go to school and sit through classes for about 7-8 hours then I come home and sit to do homework for several more hours. After that I eat dinner and either keep doing homework, watch tv, or go on the computer. Then the next I do the same. How often to you just sit throughout the day? Does anyone have any interesting jobs?

Just a random question because I'm bored and curious =D

I mean, it's 8:00 PM, I have a 10 page research paper due tomorrow that's only half done, and I have to give a discussion about a subject I have no sources for yet, and all I can stand to do is ask and answer questions, think about Christmas decorating, and making some supper.

I've been reading a little bit about suicide and it seems that the group at highest risk is men who have never had girlfriends or sex(but want to). These men are the ones who are at highest risk to go through and complete suicide. These are usually men who are unsightly and were bullied heavily in school. Suicide usually occurs in the mid-late 20's. Why is it these poor folks?

This, I guess, puts me at risk because I myself am a 23 year old Stanford Undergrad who has never dated or had sex. I also always thought it was normal to think about suicide (which I do think about quite a lot). Is there some type of SSRI Antidepressent I should take to completely diminish my sex drive? Which diminishes the sex drive the most?

Are there many men out there (%) who women find so physically repulsive that they (women) would never date/sleep with them?

Really, what happens to the psychological development of these peoples personality. Do they become bitter? How do they act? - Eccentric?

Here is the email (with some details taken out to protect identities):I've never gotten over the love of my life (who was and is married). I am attached in a 5 yr relationship but recently had a very deep yearning in my heart to see him again. I called his house twice and hung up. I thought about how stupid I'd sound and how I didn't even fully know what my intentions, hopes, and desires were from making the phone call. I also did not want to cause pain to his wife. She is an older woman, and while my ex loved her at the time of our affair, he had been out of love with her for many years and was taking care of her out of friendship love and dedication, as she is a foreigner and is dependent on him. Us: We believed we were soul mates, and I've never recovered. How it ended: Me young and battled depression & in an act of foolishness I faked crazy once so he wouldn't leave me and go home to her. I was 2 convincing. He thought I was mental.I pushed him away. He even cried. I miss him!!!

I am attending a group where people discuss "honesty" and being honest. Tlie to their partners about their whereabouts etc yet they say they are honest. I say the being "I am not honest because I am in a situation whereby if I were to be honest I would ruin the situation". I say "Yes, I am dishonest". These people in the group tell me to speak up ...ruin the situation and become honest as honesty is the best policy. Yes , but >>>>>
Honesty does not protect. Reviewing what I know and what is going on makes me nervous . I just walked awayfrom the situation I was dishonest in and left it behaind so i do not have to tell anyone.Should I have faced up to it??? Is it right to tell the group I was dishonest in a situation and I still am ? Do you confront the situation head on and face the consequences??? Can another person make you dishonest and you carry it on for them????
I am puzzled and looking for an answer.

We've all heard the LSD horror stories but true hallucinations are seldom ever experienced on LSD (apparently). Obviously many other substances can induce hallucinatory experiences (magic mushrooms, various alkaloids, even opiates and many more). So whether your experiences were a result of illicit/non illicit (prescribed) drug use or just through severe trauma, shock, illness, sleep deprivation. I really want to hear your stories.

By the way a hallucination (in simple terms) is not just a distortion in your perception it is the act of experience something that is completely not real and perceiving it to be a "real" experience. I understand this must be difficult to classify and quantify.

My marriage broke up, and one huge problems was that my ex husband was really maladjusted about sex. He also said, "I think some things should never be talked about."

What I'm wondering is -- if a person was sexually abused on a small number of occasions (let's say one, two or three times total, ever), would it warp them that much, that they would never be emotionally right in their adult years? It was impossible for him even to be a close friend out of bed, to give and take emotionally.

And does it matter if the perpetrator was a relative or a non-relative? If it was a male or female? If it was someone close in age, or much older? I'm not trying to diminish how awful abuse is. I was emotionally abused myself. I have no real evidence that abuse is my ex's problem, but I am trying to just understand better what the break-up and his refusal to work on things were about.

Social Psychologists suggest that the measure of a person is what that person do in their spare time. Their argument is that we shouldn't measure a person by the to's because choised is removed. However, in our spare time we can choose those activities we want to engage in, and the element of choice allows us to gain insight into the person.
