I don't have a problem with them as long as these people aren't like...my professors or people at work. Unfortunately, where I come from most aren't professional like they are in the "mentally advanced" countries as I call them.

What do you say to them so they leave you alone?

Thanx!

I have a very fast brain. I can process information much faster than anybody else can. The only problem is is that my mind becomes more tired after doing something mentally challenging than somebody else's mind. Can somebody help me to maintain the brain speed, but increase the focus span as well? Thank you.

Okay, before I start, PLEASE don't try to convince me from doing this. I know it's a ''permanent'' solution ro a ''temporary" problem.

Okay, so for he past 3 days I've been trying to kill myself. The first two times, I woke up feeling drunk, and this morning I woke you and I was paralyzed for 5+ min.

All three times I took sleeping pills, iron pills, and ibuprofen.

So why am I still waking up????

What's the hardest thing you've ever had to acknowledge about your personality or the way that you think, that you really didn't like to admit to yourself?

I've been having sad dreams about my grandmother over the past 8 years (she died in '98). I'm currently using the bedroom she used to sleep in, and she also died in it. I just want to know... Is my bedroom haunted? I don't mind if it's my grandma lurking in it, but I fear that there could be other entities in the room as well, because eversince I started using this bedroom 4 years ago, I noticed that my behavior has drastically changed... I'm no longer the patient and quiet person I used to be. I get easily upset for no reason, and I get a lot of bad nightmares too -- like some evil force gripping my soul and when that happens, I have to force myself to wake up from my sleep.

Once in a while I sit back and wonder what my 10 year old self would think about how my life turned out. I think this is a fairly decent yardstick as it quickly illustrates the compromises I have made in my life.

I had a girlfriend who would go do mushrooms alone in nature and look at her life.

By what yardstick do you judge your own life?

I "lost" my cellphone about a week ago and didn't have any hope of finding it(and didn't really care) but I felt kind of guilty.
Last night I dreamed of it's ringing somewhere and searching for it. Today,lo and behold, I found it when I was moving some couch cushions around.
Is this a coincidence or was my phone calling out from the beyond?

I was driving my van along a busy road and I had the usuall Monday morning blues. It was a very cold and overcast day . I got stopped at the traffic lights and was staring ahead when something caught my attention to my right. Inside a car beside me in the back seat was a child of abour 5 or 6 y.o.a. She was looking at me and she gave me the most wonderful of smiles and a little wave of her hand. That kid warmed my morning up no end,she did'nt need to do it but she did. It was as if she knew that I needed a smile. I love children and I always see god in their faces. It pains me greatly to hear of anyone hurting a child. We should never underestimate the power over darkness a child has in an otherwise dangerous world. Just thought Id share that with you all.

I was considering trying Hypnopaedia: Sleep-Learning so I could learn a foreign language. I have been trying the CDs, but the accents are strong its boring, and I just can't get into. The books I can't do b/c of having no way of how to pronounce anything. Maybe for a few weeks or months I can play a cd until I remember. I don't wat to waste my time if it doesn't work.

HAS ANYONE TRIED IT BEFORE AND HAD IT WORK?

I have alot of deatails so i'll probably ask this question again about a different dream.

In all my dreams, I'm running away from something or trying to warn others about that bad thing. Like, whenever some ghost or killer is trying to kill everyone, I'm the only one that knows and whenever I try to warn others, my throat gets clogged up, and nothing comes out of my mouth. I always try to warn others, even while I'm chocking, but it's always too late, and I'm the one feeling guilty. This is the theme in almost all of my dreams. What do I do?

I'm doing a research about codependency and relationships. When I search, all I get is magazine-like articles. I need to find at leat one site that talks about real studies and results done regarding this matter. I tried many search engines, still nothing. Maybe there's like a Institute or University web site I can go and start looking from there. Please!!! Help. This is for a thesis I'm working on, and I've had many problems using the search online.

Thanks!!

I have a friend who is 14, and she doesn't eat that much. Today, for example. its 11:15 our time, and i talked to her about an hour ago and said i just ate breakfast and she said she's not eating and i said no one's fixed anything and she said "probably, i don't know" and i said "you're just not gonna eat" and she said no. here lately she said she hasn't ate that much. she hasn't even eaten today. is it just something she is dealing with? when i talk to her about it, she doesn't really open up about it and "dismisses" the subject. but is it just something she's doing, not for a particular reason? or should i try talking to her again? i just wanna help her if there's anything TO help and if not then it's all good
