I am a person who wants to be happy but i invariable goes in my shell and devellop a pessimestic and melancholy attitude , want to do nothing though i m a successful in my life what i suffer from is the consistency in life to be happy and cheerful can u positive and cheerful people through sumlite on this issue and come up with some tips for me ..thanks guys..

Get a composition book, write in it everyday, the first page, jot down these questions, and answer them, first question? what am I thank ful for? second question, Out of all the years i have been born, whaT made me feel good and happy?, answer these questions, Then everyday write things that make you happy, and what is my attitude for today? Write how you feel , anything, It helps, I tried that once

How do you feel about yourself? What makes you tick? What are your dynamics and most important of all ask yourself that 'who am I' qs.as well. Sounds to me like you are an introvert. What makes you pessimistic? Go back into your family system and see which areas have made you creep into your shell...work at it and you'd be surprise at the talents you have....Am sure you are a good looking person. Alternatively, what are your expectations from people who are in your life? How do you want them to see you? You can only be positive and happy and cheerful when you make it happen!.......Good Luck and hope everything turns out the way you want it to be.....
