I've been having sad dreams about my grandmother over the past 8 years (she died in '98). I'm currently using the bedroom she used to sleep in, and she also died in it. I just want to know... Is my bedroom haunted? I don't mind if it's my grandma lurking in it, but I fear that there could be other entities in the room as well, because eversince I started using this bedroom 4 years ago, I noticed that my behavior has drastically changed... I'm no longer the patient and quiet person I used to be. I get easily upset for no reason, and I get a lot of bad nightmares too -- like some evil force gripping my soul and when that happens, I have to force myself to wake up from my sleep.

I would say that having dreams about a loved one is normal. But if you really feel that your behavior has changed and you are gripped by an "evil force" maybe you should talk to someone about it. Have you tried sleeping in another room? Maybe part ot if is because you have this fear that there is this force and that fear is causing your behavior...Sometimes fear and anxiety can create a vicious cycle that ends up affecting your behavior. One thought can creep in and lead to other thoughts and feelings, which in turn can affect your behavior. It is very paralyzing when this happens and it is hard to break this cycle, so it may help if you talk to someone about it who may help you get to the root of these thoughts and help break the cycle.

It sounds like you are suffering from depression. You may want to go see someone about that. Plus 4 years is a lot of developmental time, so it's possible that you are just growing up/ Are you living with your parents? That would be enough to make me really impatient. How old are you? I mean from14 to 18 is a lot of dev. years. Got any more info?

Your bedroom is not haunted. You miss her, that's all.
I still dream about my grandmother who has been dead since 1974. I'm always searching for her house, in which I was born. I feel very sad when I wake up.
