Your question is not exactly clear. Who has the child? Is he in custody of the court? Most large cities have a free legal aid society. Check at the library, or call the court house in your area for direction. Someone should be able to help you. There are too many questions involved for a direct answer here.

You could start by picking up a phone book and calling your counties administrative building. Someone there should be able to direct you to assisted legal service if needed. 2nd, settle down. Displaying emotional distress over the situation is unlikely to help your cause, or be positive for anyone involved.
