Dreams are our mind's vehicle in working out what leftover conflicts and issues we have not solved in our waking moments. Your dreams of this young lady are manifestations of unresolved issues and feelings that are still "hanging" and waiting for you to face up to. You have the unconscious drive to probably meet with this young lady again and try to resolve what it is that is still "up in the air" with your friendship/relationship when you have determined exactly WHAT it is that you wish to communicate to her.
In order to determine what you wish to resolve with this young lady, you should take the time to dream further. Upon awaking from these subsequent future dreams, write down everything you can remember. You will, each time you dream of this young woman, receive other and new "pieces of the puzzle" to the issue(s) that you wish to resolve. Be patient. In having these very real dreams, your unconscious and the universe are trying to communicate to your conscious self what it is that you must do and say. It may take weeks. Be patient. When you have received all of the pieces of the puzzle, you will be prepared to meet with this young woman.
Good luck, dear. I use my dreams continuously to make decisions and put together my own puzzles of life! I am now very close, for example in meeting with my precious late maternal grandmother in a realm that has not been discovered yet by science! Exciting!

A dream is the experience of envisioned images, sounds, or other sensations during sleep. The events of dreams are often impossible or unlikely to occur in physical reality, and are usually outside the control of the dreamer. The exception is lucid dreaming, in which a dreamer realizes that he or she is dreaming—being sometimes even capable of changing the oneiric reality around him or her and controlling various aspects of the dream, in which the suspension of disbelief is broken. Dreamers may experience strong emotions while dreaming. Frightening or upsetting dreams are referred to as nightmares. The scientific discipline of dream research is oneirology.
Dreams have a long history both as a subject of conjecture and as a source of inspiration (artistic or otherwise). Throughout history, people have sought meaning in dreams. They have been described physiologically as a response to neural processes during sleep, psychologically as reflections of the unconscious, and spiritually as messages from God or predictions of the future (oneiromancy).

a dream unifies the body, mind, and spirit. It provides you with insight into ourselves and a means for self-exploration. In understanding your dreams, you will have a better understanding and discovery of your true self. So stay awhile -- explore, discover, have fun, make friends, and find out what's in your dream!

Sometimes dreams are just your mind purging random data.
Sometimes it is your mind playing a game to keep itself occupied while you are away.
Sometimes it is your mind trying to solve a puzzle it is working on.
So are you leaving her behind, engaging in a little fun, or trying to work your way back into her life?
