Ideally this would begin as soon as young girls can crawl, gradually teaching according to their age capabilities and desterity, muscular control and so forth. It would be an incoporation of many different martial arts such as Karate, Kung Fu, Ninjutsu, Taekawndo, Aikido, Muay Thai, and work with weapons including spontaneous knife defence and so on. Continue this for at least until the females are legally adults and imagine the greater confidence and self-esteem, fitness and health they will have, not to mention the very thought in most guy's heads of trying to attack a girl or woman physically, sexually etc should be much reduced, as should the number of attacks and the number of attacks where the man or male doesn't come out of it worse i.e., in hospital or with a toe tag laying in the morgue.

i have this obsession where my hands or body has to feel something evenly.. for instance, typing, if my right fingers hit the keys to much.. i have to hit some random keys with my left hand, so they will feel the same.. you know how when you type more with one hand the fingers on that hand feel differently.. and i do this with a lot of things.. is that obsessive compulsive? am i the only one that does it?

In my dream I'm with a friend ,but I don't recognize her. We are in my new house and everything seems to be tampered with. The windows' blinds have been rolled to the point where outsiders have full view of the interior and every other slat is removed and has been laid on the window sill. The curtains are also missing or sometimes torn away sitting on the floor. Its too dark to see everything clearly and the lights never work when we try to turn them on. The lights that do work flicker shortly and then go out. It also seems as if someone is always watching us. I try to close all the blinds and obscure their view(whoever is watching) as much as I can ,but they are always ahead of us and know our next move. I try to call for help ,but the phone lines are cut and there is nobody close by. The sky clears and we are able to see clearly and there is a priest and a nun standing outside one of the windows. My parents by this time have returned home and welcome them in to talk. As the priest is talking with my parents I sense something is wrong and I start yelling and punching at the priest to force him out of my house. This is where I wake up. This has been a reoccurring dream and this is the furthest I have been through it.

When I was born, I spent a few days in an incubator. I have heard that this could lead to a type of abandonment syndrome, even for adults. I am now middle-aged. I am also totally blind. Can anyone shed any light on this? I am very emotional, and tend to cry easily and feel rather clingy at times.

Hi all Star Wars fans. This is jedisara 29. I tried to get out of this obession about Star Wars and I was thinking about Episode 3 revenge of the sith and it made me cry again for Anakin!!! I'm a 16 year old girl with asperger syndrome and I a big fan of Star Wars. Please don't make fun of me. How do I get out of episode III? I been having nightmares and I keep on waking up in the middle of the night and I cried my head off for Anakin!!!!! I have a crush on Anakin since episode II. In my dreams me and Anakin turned to the dark side and Anakin died on Mustafar and I wept for him and Bail Organa pushed me into the lava pit too like Obi Wan did to Anakin. I can't control my feelings for my #1 favorite Jedi named Anakin Skywalker and he is the best Jedi for me. Please send me a picture of Anakin to jedisara29@yahoo.com. Peace, jedisara29. One more thing. How do I get out of this???? I love Anakin Skywalker to death!!! May the force be with you.

It's not that he has a lack of confidence. He's great, in every way and i'm not looking to change him. I'm just looking to do something proactive to continue his development. I'm his father and motivated to step up my parenting skills without hurting him or being to pushy. Any ideas?

Seriously now, I see questions here all the time, psychology questions, that I know a LOT about, (having a psychology degree and all) and people ask things, get great answers, and then pick the stupidest answer as best. Like one time someone asked why kids learn language easier than adults. There is actual evidence that says there is a critical period for developing language, it ends at 12 years old. Many people told them this, with references and the evidence to support, but for the best answer, they picked "because kids aren't afraid to try new things". I don't get it. Why? This bugs me, because I hate it when people think something that is wrong, and then go tell other people this wrong information, and soon everyone believes something that is wrong. Why don't people believe me sometimes when I tell them how something works in regards to psychology, when I know what I'm talking about, and have a degree? I'm not here for kicks, I'm trying to help people. Sorry, so long :(

I love fried food and salt. How dare they take it off me? I am not fat, I exercise, all is well. How stupid to think that obesity has anything to do with the food on the shelves.

Currently as it stands, most police departments have a policy that states that police officers can taser a citizen for just doing nothing wrong but disobeying an order. Critics are mad because more than 200 citizens have died after being tasered by the police. Many citizens want a taser policy that says tasers can only be used in deadly situations.
