Plain and simple: tell her how you feel, but my advice is WAIT until you get to know this person (6 months is usually a good rule of thumb)...then if you feel the same way, then share it! Otherwise, keep your guard up and observe!!!!!

If you don't really know her, get to know her first. Otherwise, just saying you love her would probably freak her out. Ask her out, find somethings you have in common...let nature take its course.

try talking to her and get to know her and if you decide you still like her and your sure she likes you too you should tell her!!yes it will take a little time but im sure it will be worth it in the end trust me take it from a girl who knows!!!
