Eat my comfort foods (i love chicken pot pie and cream of chicken soup and just the classic chicken noodle)
Watch great movies (chick flicks or whatever)
Listen to music
Cry
Have a bubble bath (i love bubbles)
Write in my journal
Do something crazy and unexpected (the other day i got two piercings in each ear and i LOVE them)
Dance around the room
Chill out in bed just reading or something.
Go for a walk.
Go for a run.
Go out dancing (this is something i've never done but i've heard it helps a lot)
Make out with someone you love... if you are not in a relationship, kiss a pillow (lol)
Hug people you love (i adore hugs)
Go out and take pictures of beautiful things (like the sunset/sunrise, moon, trees, children playing in the park (in a not-so pedophile way), etc...
Get dressed in your favorite outfit and go out to eat at your favorite restaurant.
There are soooooooo many things i do... and so many things you can do too.
Just relax and breathe.
That's the first step.

Go eat at Outback. Get a half order of Aussie Cheese Fries. Then get the Outback Special (13-ounce), medium-well, with a side Caesar salad, and garlic mashed potatos. Or the Atlantic Salmon is also a good choice. And by the way, drink about 4 tall Sam Adams while your at it.

Using lipstick write "YOU ARE GREAT" on your bathroom mirror (frame it around your face)

Think back to all of your past accomplishments and think about all the people you've helped and all the good things you've done,(If you can find a friend that will listen this one works even better).

I estimate how much of my debt I can pay off each week/month. I go outside to read my power meter every afternoon and write it on a log sheet, to lower my bill.

Ride the bus. I see the dregs of humanity there. I am recovering from surgery and can't drive so ride the bus. I see how lucky I am and it makes me thankful to be healthy, intelligent, and not have tattoos and piercings all over me.
