Hi all Star Wars fans. This is jedisara 29. I tried to get out of this obession about Star Wars and I was thinking about Episode 3 revenge of the sith and it made me cry again for Anakin!!! I'm a 16 year old girl with asperger syndrome and I a big fan of Star Wars. Please don't make fun of me. How do I get out of episode III? I been having nightmares and I keep on waking up in the middle of the night and I cried my head off for Anakin!!!!! I have a crush on Anakin since episode II. In my dreams me and Anakin turned to the dark side and Anakin died on Mustafar and I wept for him and Bail Organa pushed me into the lava pit too like Obi Wan did to Anakin. I can't control my feelings for my #1 favorite Jedi named Anakin Skywalker and he is the best Jedi for me. Please send me a picture of Anakin to jedisara29@yahoo.com. Peace, jedisara29. One more thing. How do I get out of this???? I love Anakin Skywalker to death!!! May the force be with you.

Considering you have AS, "cognitive behavioral therapy" may be your best choice at resolving the obsessive compulsive tendencies and anxieties that are part of your condition. Are you receiving any therapy at this moment? If so, have you consulted your therapist about your obsession? I have seen all your questions and I am sorry to tell you that yahoo answers isn't going to resolve this type of problem. You need quality professional help from a therapist. Please take care.

It's not really healthy to obsess over anything, but particularly people and things that aren't even real. Anakin isn't a real person ... he's someone that someone else created, and who someone else, still, pretended to be. If you obsess too much about fantasy, you will miss the amazing and very real things that are going on around you. If you can't stop this obsession on your own, you may need someone else's help to do so.

When you get addicted to something like this you must remove yourself from it. It may take a week or two but by forbidding yourself to watch Star Wars or reading Star Wars material - you begin the process of freeing your addiction.

That sounds simple - until you do it - but after a couple of days it gets easier and the next couple of days a little easier and so on. Hope this helps you.

As long as you live the rest of your life OK ( keep up your studies etc ) your obsession is not too bad.
Maybe you should watch episode VI more, when Ani's son saves him. Ani was amazing, it is not surprising you had a crush on him. Many smart girls do.

All you may desire to do is watch return of the Jedi. verify him out while Luke pulls off his helmet. Who could be captivated with that crusty previous guy? I wager you like Hayden Christiansen. in case you do, bear in mind he's a guy who performs the character.
