People who look amazing in still photos seem to always lose some of their hotness when they start to talk. A prime example is Jessica Simpson. What do you guys think?

I agree...they show their stupidity when they open their mouths...Tom Cruise is an excellent example of that.

Well....Jessica Simpson is a brainless wonder. Wasn't it she who said she couldn't golf because her boobs were too big? Gee... I've got more in that area than she does and if I liked to golf... I think I could find a way.
Back to the subject. There are some hot brainiacs out there. Also, HOT doesn't always have to do with looks, but how a person carries themselves. Plus, digital touch ups and filters are an entertainer's best friend - hint hint.

Imaging how distracting it is to have cameras in your face. I know what your saying though. That's your preference. Not everyone is perfect they probably don't have the greatest memory. There are so many things from being tired and over worked, chemicals in the air, especially in the bigger cities, and so on. You might miss out on some great people in your life if you judge charactor so quickly.
Yeah and Jessica Simpson says some dumb stuff sometimes, but that makes her, her.

Oh yes Jessica Simpson should keep a plug in it. They don't always loose something but I know what you mean. Better to keep quiet and let people think you are a moron than to open your mouth and confirm it.

It depends ... I've seen it go the other way too. Sometimes I'll see someone who I find unattractive, and then they'll say something, that's just absolutely brilliant and it completely changes my opinion of them. It's because at first we are drawn to someone by their appearance, but deep down, we are not totally shallow. We are attracted to personal qualities, and likewise turned off by undesireable ones, like stupidity.

Yea I think alot of times you get your expectations up because u think that someone looks hot, and then like thier voice is really annoying or they turn out to be really dumb. Thats why I try to keep low expectations

That's because still photos can be manipulated with lighting, makeup, backgrounds, air-brushing, etc. Not nearly as easy to manipulate an animated person.
