Was 16 years old had an afternoon liaison with my girlfriend at her parents house on the couch , her dog kept bothering us so we stuck the dog in the hall , after the deed we heard her parents opening the front door,just had time to pull up trousers when her dog came bounding into the room closely followed by her parents ,dog goes behind couch and re-appears with hastily discarded VERY USED CONDOM !!and proceeds to drop it at mothers feet !
Proceed to go out with girlfriend for further 18 months ,mother never looks me in the eye again !!

Had too many to list all of them! But one I remember from a long time ago was going into work on the bus had my Walkman on at max volume felt a fart coming on. As the bus was crowded thought I might sneak out a sly one but quietly cos the bus was pretty busy but when it came out I could hear it over my music but had only 1 stop till I could get off the bus amidst a lot of sniggering students ! 1 of many social gaffes I have made !

I used to work in this apartment building and two female cousins took an apartment. I was particularly attracted to the shorter one but couldn't keep their names straight. One evening, I slipped a card with a note under their door, essentially asking for a date. As I said, I couldn't keep their names straight and this was no exception. The "wrong" one called me and was quite angry that I did that and she really chewed me out. A week or so later, she called to apologize and we have been together eighteen years this month! Highly embarrassing at the time but it worked out wonderfully!

I have many. My life is one big embarrassing moment. Still, provides top class entertainment. My personal best? Having my next door neighbours leaving a note about "strange bedroom noises" (their words) on my doorstep for my housemates to find. And then facing them in the supermarket. I was the only one seeing someone. Eek!
