this is my interpretation to your dream. first i would like to emphasize the skunk-its a various common mammals,color white and black and ejecting a fluid with a pungent and offensive odor when startled or disturbed. the opposite of skunk pertaining to a person is an obnoxious person.-meaning a person extremely disagreeable or offensive one. as im interpreting your dreams, you are the skunk (no offense,dont want to insult you,sorry, but im only interpreting your dreams) in real life people around you loves and likes you so much, but it seems no appreciations coming from you. still, theyre trying to call your attention, they only want you to be in the right path of life. sometimes and maybe you're uttering some offensive words, or maybe/sometimes or most of the times you dissagree with what your family had a discussion. house in dreams is good., if you would only open your heart and mind you are lucky having a family who always there in times of troubles. the color of skunk is white and black. color black is bad luck- so you must take care of everything or decision you make. color white-means distinction in your community, so you must do good or share something usefull to your community, in return they will recognize and they will always welcome your ideas, some rewarding opporutinities coming your way. Good luck

Dreams *don't* have meaning "like people say they do." In other words, skunk = self doubt (for example) is not truly a valid way of interpreting dreams.

Carl Jung did suggest that there are certain cultural "archetypes" (e.g. King, mother) that have universal meaning. More generally speaking, however... to analyze a dream, you should ask yourself what comes to *your* mind when you think about a skunk... or being mean... or a loose animal... basically "free associate" to all of the parts of the dream and see what you come up with in terms of themes, etc.

skunk = smelly thing, fear,
house = safety zone, people around you

In your case, you are in lack of security. You see, sometimes dreams are to be opposite. Yours is example. You projected yourself being hated by others and skunk being liked. That shows subconsciously that you are lacking sense of security about people around you. You want to tell yourself that you are worse than skunk in the eyes of other people. That means you do not like people around you because the way you are treated. In other words, you don't feel respected.

Seeing a skunk in your dream, suggests that you may be driving people away or turning people off. Alternatively, it indicates that all is calm about a certain situation but you do not necessarily like it or agree with it.

Perhaps those people in your dream are petting "your inner skunk" but don't like who you are presently... Get in touch with your "inner skunk" :p

dreams ar like metaphors..you just have to make sence of it..it probably means that peopl will turn there backs on you and be nice to someone new that comes along.
when you dream of clear water...it means blessings
when no one wants to help you =look out be alert
when an animal or evil attacks you and you dont defend yourself, it means someone will succeed when hurting you physically or mentally, or emotionally
when you dream of fish it means pregnancy..
so as you see dreams do have meanings...but for example, lets say you watched a movie, thought about, or spoke about a certain thing and then at night you dreamed of it...well that dream wouldnt mean anything because someway or some how your mind remembered

Some dreams. I'm no interpreter, though. Ask God, if you believe in Him. He may just give you the answer. He has for me sometimes. Not all dreams have meanings, though.

i think,feel and know that dreams do have meanings but it depends on the condition at which u dreamt,but my interpretation for ur dream is that u have done something sinful and u are pointing an accusing finger on another just like the bible says first remove the log from ur eyes so that u can clearly remove the log from ur brothers eye.

If so, then explain this one:

After being on Atkins (super-lo-carb diet) for two weeks, I had a dream that I was a terrorist and had hijacked a McDonalds.

aims don't have any meanings. they're in basic terms the mind's fairly resourceful way of sorting and submitting your options in the course of the day. it could be accessible to interpret aims to tap into the subconscious, yet all procedures for this are type of iffy.
