i am having a thought that is horrid and i don't want to think it any more.
but i keep obsessing over it and the more i seem to obsess over it the more used to the thought i become.
im in a really bad cycle can anyone tell me what i can do to become un used to this thought again?

sounds like an insult doesnt it.. well it is , but I have read some research that says a lot of us did not recieve enough oxygen at birth....or I wonder how many of us went into shock at the moment of birth, one which the Matrices of our brains never fully recovered from....?

Do you think it's because of the manipulator making hte person believe they are guilty even though they have not done anything or is it because the person being made to feel guilty is really guilty? I have no idea if this made sense lol.

I have a major crush on this guy named Jake but thr thing is I want him to know and not know. He sits in front of me in math and there are two people and a walkway between us in science. He's on the football team and he's in choir. And I really don't think he likes me. Should i dropp hints and what kind or should i have someone tell him cause i could never tell him.

im pretty sure i have generalized anxiety disorder along with avoidant personality disorder or one of the other but i dont know what to do. i dont feel comfortable telling my parents because i know they will think im just exagerating and sometimes i try to convince myself that im just insecure like many other teenagers. i looked into those disorders and they describe me perfectly but im scared to get help
