These flying dreams are GREAT, I can swoop and soar like a bird. They are so good I wake up wishing it was true.

I often think about my mistakes or about past. In fact, I live in the past. I live with memories and I think about them.
I cannot relax. I think too much about everything. Can you help me with advice?

As a result of personal evolution, one can live out more and more of one's own potential, understanding that the things he is attracted to or appalled by in others are just the supressed shadowy parts of his own character. Does it mean that when a person is fully individuated (assume it's possible in one life-time) he is never likely to fall in love again? How sad... (not that I am so evolved. Just the idea of evolving seems to be slightly discouraging then)

I was doing very well for my self. Young (aged 20) and vibrant the future looked very bright – atleast I thought- for me. Between trying to juggle work and pleasing my bosses, friends and family (in that order) I let ball drop. Got fired from my job by the time I was 25, got addicted to drugs, lost my houses, and my car. (Oh and ofcourse friends went too!). I am trying to rebuild my life, have moved to a different city, after having tried to face the mess and work through it. Things are slowly going ok but my regret and guilt for acting so stupid seem bigger than anything does.
I have sobered up, got a job, and I am seeing someone. Also, try to keep myself busy by travelling, reading, gym etc. Three years later, I have not accepted that I messed up.
I know obviously should not be getting awards for ‘Best Daft Performance’. However, I am trying to move on and yet I think about this everyday. Everything looks so bleak. Anyone with similar or just experience please comments. No Clubs

a tendency to observe everything a person does?

for example.....in class I accidentally drop something and it creates a distraction....everyone stares at me until I pick it up,
to me it is no big deal that I drop something...but it is like everything that is going on from the teacher yelling at a student gets everyone's attention

Does hate come from grief of the too much death/abandonment experience, in as much as there is that element of unknown and fear of that unknown? Does our reasoning process involving cooperation amongst others have limits when we become time constrainted and or up against something we cannot resolve in our lives? Do we then seek to even the playing field desparately seeking our own survival when we think we have a chance and fall then, prey to finger pointing for all of our human problems as a way of feeling short temporary bursts of energy from that?
