i don't think that's possible...you know they aren't made of the same matter that humans are.....not even the same solid/liquid/gas....so i don't think it's physically possible....
if you could have sex with them it would be easy for them to rape you because they can get away easily
also a ghost did rape a girl in one of the scary movies....i think scary movie 2

I don't believe in ghosts, or aliens, but it is interesting how there are legends about "beings" who have sex with people in many different cultures and throughout history.
While the "Succubus" and "Incubus" legends, involve demons, which I guess technically are not ghosts, the theme is similar to what you are asking about.

I'm not sure if this will answer your question. I had sex with a woman a while back and to this day it haunts me. Sometimes in the middle of the night I wake up in cold sweats, screaming because I'm having a nightmare of her on top of me again. I don't have many regrets in life, but I often remember back to that night and wish I had not drank that 12th Johnny Black.

I don't know about ghosts, but I had a friend in high school whose mother was convinced that troll dolls came alive and had sex with you while you were sleeping. Be careful......
