I can do things very good for half an hour or for hour but if I do some activities for more time, I am not able to stay concentrated.
Do I have some kind of decease?

Definitely not!
I suppose that in half hour you learn more than others can do in much more time!
You have some/ certain abilities and you have to organize your life accordingly! This is a good way! Thus you can enjoy more and better!

I wouldn't call it a disease, but it may be Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) which can be remedied in most cases by prescription medication(s).

However, if it is just a case of having a lot on your mind lately, then that can certainly be cause for loss of concentration.

Try to resolve any issues you have that are weighing heavily on your mind and then you may be able to hold a longer attention span so you can enjoy a good book or movie.

Otherwise, see a professional to see what they might suggest, meds may be the way to go here.

be tested for add aadd addh depends on age but some people just need a mental break after heavy consent ration, take a break and go back after 15 to 30 minutes and see if that works that is normal for some.

I can't stay on just one thing even that long, I get sidetracked very easy, and forget about what I was doing. I don't know what's wrong either.
