I don't think that it's sexism, as Jack said. I'd explain that it has nothing to do with sexism and everything to do with discretion and good manners, but most men find out on their own that if they're too overt about it that they're not going to get a dance, a phone number or a date because the object of their desire is going to think they're some creepy pervert. Problem solved.

God made them that way, at least to notice sexy women. Guess what? Some men learn to be discrete when ogling women. In other words, if you don't want the woman you are with to get upset or even the sexy woman you are ogling to get upset, so learn discretion!
Women also notice a sexy man, but most learn at a much earlier age to be discrete.

sex appeal is a personal thing eveyone has their own ideas of what is sexy. men think with their ***** first. women find men sexy for their mind or their face first. but its all about self control mista.
