Is it all just complete ignorance? So what can be done to help people get along better? I have always believed people should be treated equally. It wasn't something I was taught, I just always felt that way. Because I love all people of all races and nationalities. I mean, we have to live amongst each other, work together, and attend the same schools and churches. What if your child falls in love with someone of another race? Will you accept them for your child's sake?

I'm wondering which factors you had to settle for when you put your Avatar together? Did you find your hairstyle, your clothing, your age, the color of your hair, your background scene, and your accessories when you tried to pull yourself together or did you have to leave something missing because it just wasn't there? ( I didn't think there were enough choices but is that the same or is it just me?) What did you have to leave out or choose that bothered you?

So i was in school talking to my friends, Kate and John. We were talking about relationships and i made a joke saying that you should hook up eith kate. we all laugh until he said "i would never date a white person" and me and kate looked and asked why. He said "because white peole are phony and untrustworthy". Why would he say a thing like that and is this true? What do you think?

i'm just curious.. do you use the term hate a lot in normal conversation a lot? like yuck i hate this blah blah blah i hate that blah blah.. etc etc..

cause i try not and use that term hate very often.. i mean its the opposite of love.. and you dont' go around saying you love stuff all willy nilly right?

I'm not talking doomsday scenarios and I don't believe all the hype about global warming - just interested in peoples views on how the world will be shaped - technologically, economically, spiritually and politically? Will we have the same fractured religions leading to feuding and war? Will the US still be the major power or will China have overcome their inertia to dominate global politics? Will all work for humans have disappeared as all tasks are replaced by robots? Will we be trading with other civilisations?

I have these friends of mine who live quite some miles away from the hospital where their daughter is receiving medical treatment and need help. They have children that are at home and 1 child that is going through many medical procedures and they need help. The childs father is a veteran and is not able to work and the mother had some major complications due to her diabiates. So needless to say they're on a fixed income. One of their local Church friends is helping with the other children. My friends at this time really have no running water or propane to heat their home or electricity when they come to spend time with the other kids inbetween surgeries for their daughter 330 miles away. After giving as much as they posilbly can to their church friend and gas for travel back and forth they are beyond broke. Isn't their some charities in Arizona for people in their situtation. Housing mainly while they are away from home. Help SOMEWHERE???

I read a few posts about astral traveling and how people actually go out of their way to do this. I am confused at how people can actually PERFORM astral traveling. I think I have astral traveled at most 3-4 times in my whole lifetime, and I am terrified of it. It is a scary feeling being conscious and feel as if there is nothing you can do to move. I have even felt stifled. The last time I remember having this happen to me was like 10 years ago. I used to be able to feel it coming on when I would just lay in my bed. What are you thoughts on this? Please dont say it is not real, because if it was not, then I dont know what the hell was going on with me those few times. Looking for serious answers.
