Um, wouldn't it depend on the nature of the emergency? If it was medical, a doctor. If it was criminal, a policeman. If it was a fire, a fireman. If I was being attacked by members of a paramilitary group trying to take over my city, I would like a platoon of special forces veterans to help me. Ok?

I met this guy walking his dog on the street once, and I think his dog would be a good person to ask in an emergency, cuz it seemed to have a level head about things, as long as you didnt approach it too quickly. THen it got bitey.
