This is not an attempt to slam single moms, but for you women that feel that a man's leadership in a home is not important, please consider these statistics.

A Gallup Poll finding showed that about “80% of all Americans feel that the most significant problem facing our country today is the physical absence of the father from the home.”

Stats::

63% of child suicides come from fatherless homes.
Almost 90% of all homeless and runaway children come from fatherless homes.
85% of all children with behavior problems come from fatherless homes.
71% of all high school dropouts come from fatherless homes.
75% of all teens with drug and alcohol problems come from fatherless homes.
70% of all long term prison inmates were raised without their fathers come from fatherless homes.
70% of juveniles in state-operated institutions come from fatherless homes.
85% of all youths in prison come from fatherless homes.
72% of all youths who commit murder come from fatherless homes

Please I am having a confusion here concerning what happens when a woman reach the point of orgasm during sexual intercourse. With references to what I saw in the Porn movies. Some women ejaculate a kind of watery ( like urine) while some ejaculate a tick whitish flavor like a ice-cream. What is the truth about this? does woman have sperm apart from the egg (ovum)? a lot of women are annoyed when unattractive guys flirt with them and act like the guys are being jerks. but when an attractive guy or a teenager flirts with a woman she's ok with it and a lot of times likes it. of course, guys would not be turned on if an unattractive woman flirts with them, but they wouldn't be rude or act like the woman is being a 'jerk'. and i'm talking about flirting in a non-suggestive way.

my question is, why do women get offended? is it just wrong for a guy to flirt if he looks a certain way? do they want guys to think 'oh i'm ugly i probably shouldn't talk to women'? are these women being fair? i want your personal opinion.

What do you call a two headed cow, snake, or any other creature? It is called a freak. You don't have two presidents of a country or a business...you have one. Why can't women realize that for a family to function properly (like any other establishment) that it can only have one head (leader) and not two. The idea of a "partnership" in a "healthy" relationship is a myth. One has to be subordinate to the other. And I do not know of very many non-feminists that would like a man that has to be led.

indicating that American men must be a bunch of rapists abusive wifebeaters or cheaters. The number is espcially of concern considering the substantial population of America which is around 300 million. What can be done to better the quality of avaiabel to be husbands for American women ? Is marriage still an option for American women in the first place ? Should Americans look for husbands in foreign countries given the poor quality of American men the high divorce rates suggests ?

Hello Ladies! I know there are many fabulous women on this site who have been through all walks of life. As I'm three years away from 40, I want to know where you ladies are at 40. Married? Divorced? of pitting men and women against each other? Why does one have to be "better" than the other?
I have observed many of these "Are men better than women? questions posted on a daily or weekly basis, and there seems to be no resolution to the question, only responses taking up sides.

So what is the purpose in asking it over and over again? Is it akin to watching Seinfeld reruns (entertainment only)?

Also- on a tangential note...why post the question "3% of women cannot live without_______.? " so many times? Is there an aswer to that bit of trivia?

This question goes to the basic root of feminism- that is, to challenge the notions and practices supposedly set forth by the infamous "patriarchy" and thereby establish equality for women. Patriarchy as defined by the dictionary is:

"A form of social organization in which the father is the supreme authority in the family, clan, or tribe and descent is reckoned in the male line, with the children belonging to the father's clan or tribe."

Anecdotes seem to relate the fact that women actually "run" the household more often than men, but that is not the issue here.

I have no problems if a woman heads a household, leads an organization, or even a country. The point is that patriarchy is a general guideline; that is, it doesn't have to be followed to the letter. Furthermore, I have seen many claims that it somehow cheapens the quality of women in some way, and results in many social ills. Is there any proof to back this up? Could one prove that a person died because of "patriarchy?"

Is it Biological? The same thing seems to happen with Apes and four-footed mammals. That day I saw a nice wildlife documentary in which the Lioness in the Pride was "physically abused" by her mate after cohorting with an outsider among male lions - well the male Lion, he does it all the time!

Learning Annex teaching Pornography. What do YOU think?
There is an actual school called the Learning Annex in Los Angeles that has classes on "How to make money in the Adult Business." They teach you how to make videos, post things online, etc. In other words, how to become a pornographer.
I contacted the National Organization for Women about this, and they were very rude to me; they told me that they don't get involved in "things like that" and to not "waste their time." "If you don't like it, don't take the class."
So, it's ok for the image of women to be pornographic images? Oh, sure, I am sure that helps women improve via empowerment!
How disgusting!
Women don't care?
Ok. That's how I tried to help (I am a man).
Here's MY question: What can you do about this?!

a group of us are sending gift bags to a local battered womans shelter. we are responsible for brining items in...what types of items should i put in it? hygene products are a good idea to start off....
