I haven't seen many of the both, but from as far as I've seen, I prefer the circumsized. In uncircumsized ones, there are a lot of skin, maybe for a girl a circumsized penis is more pleasent to look at but I've heard that the skin of the head part of a circumsized penis gets tougher from rubbing against the clothes, and it causes a bit of loss of sensation for the guys because the excess skin somehow serves as a protecting layer. Anyway, for me as long as I love the owner of the penis, it doesn't matter a lot to me. There's not a really big difference.

I think that circumsized is the best route for one it is more appealing to look at unlike the penis in the skin that is just plain creepy and makes me feel like i am sleeping with the crypt keeper and also cirumsized penis's are more clean

HIV has nothing to do with circumcision, whether or not the glands are exposed or partially exposed during sex. In previous centuries, it was a matter of hygiene, as the warm/damp area would encourage bacteria growth.
Personally speaking, I'd never let my girlfriends opinion of what she thinks is attractive encourage me to have a doctor carve off some of my skin. Imagine if your boyfriend told you that he didn't like performing oral sex on you because you have too much labia in the way? Would you willing go to the doctor and ask them to cut it off so it would look nicer?

uncircumsized - which will make my fella happy. My ex was circumsized and it wasn't the same. I don't think many men have it done in britain apart from health issues.

Beyond questions of aethetics and general hygiene, you should know that the rate of HIV transmission in countries with circumcision is 80% LOWER than in countries where most men are NOT circumcised.

To be honest i have never seen an uncircumsized one in person, but i have seen them on TV and it just kinda scares me its so saggy I mean the skin it just doesn't look good.
