As someone of 21 I often told I act older than I am. I have a tendency to befriend and look up to, older women (when I say older, generally women in their 40's and beyond). That said, I find it extremely disheartening to see certain women trying to recapture their youth.

Well here's the equality that my boys and girls will learn.

If a girl doesn't wanna be hit, then she should never hit a man because if she hits a man the man will hit back. Same goes for the boys, if women want equality, then they shouldn't feel like it's ok to hit a man and the man not do anything.

Clothes. Jewelry. The latest technology (cellphone) and designer brand. This goes out to middle-class/wealthy or rich women of American, from your personal prespective... do women really truly care that much about material things or is their more of a consciences behind the outer shell (good looks), i.e. world hunger, philosophy, or things that matter in the world. I'm in a dept where it's all women and I dread going in everyday and having the fake smile pretending that I'm concerned about them in any way and I know they feel the same. All they do is gossip and feel like your doing things to take their job! When I've worked with men in the past there was never any DRAMA, men are so laid back, give me a dept with men anyday!
How do you feel working with women esp if your a woman too?
