Are you kidding? (Yes, of course you are...but anyway) we would feel violated and, well...grossed out. I can't attest to how men feel about being "flashed" but women see it as akin to a personal attack...I'm not sure of the psychological reasons behind this, maybe it's because women have to worry about the threat of rape more than men, and a man exposing himself is seen as a threat.

I subscribe to most of these posters answer that I would feel violated. I think why there is such a difference between men andwomen on there reactions is sexual arrousal for women is more psychological than physical. Men , I believe, is more physical.

I'd feel disgusted and violated. It's an intrusive, controlling thing to do and shows a woman you're either a real sick-o or have no respect for her, or both. It's an awful idea, if you were planning on trying this on someone.

I agree with Christy. Depends on who is doing it. DO you REALLY want to find out if the 350 lb bag lady at the bus stop is wearing any drawers under her shredded skirt? I didn't, but I did. Would have been enough to sterilize an entire troop of boy scouts.
I still have post-traumatic stress disorder because of it....who the HELL can I sue!?

I would feel grossed out. I dunno why it's different, it just is. I'd be like "pervert" Where as guys would be like "hell yah!" if a girl flashed them. I think because it's the way our society is. Men like women's bodys...to look at, fantasize, whatever. Women aren't in to all that sex, and body's. They want more of the connection with someone. You know? I think that's why we'd feel violated. Like were a piece of meat. hah. Hope this helped!!

My BF walks on the street in Manchaster and he got flashed by a girl. Teenage girl. He panicked and ran away. It seems like only crazy people like to be a flasher.
